Please note that within thirty (30) days of parties with legal interest to the claim have been notified by the KPA regarding the Commission’s decision on a claim, any party with legal interest may submit an appeal through KPA to the Supreme Court of Kosovo. An appeal can be submitted only on the terms specified in Section 12.3 UNMIK/REG/2006/50.
