Today, on 27 February, a one-day workshop on finalizing the Draft Administrative Instruction on Determination of Rules and Procedures for Seizure and Demolition of Unlawful Structures was held. This workshop was organized by the Legal Office of the Office of the Prime Minister in cooperation with the Agency and funded by the OSCE. It was attended by the representatives of the EUSR, the Ministry of European Integration, the Ministry of Finance and Transfers, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Communities and Returns, Police as well as the representatives of other relevant institutions. The participants were presented with the Draft Administrative Instruction, they provided their comments and suggestions that will be incorporated in the final draft, which will be proceeded to further stages.
