Notice concerning the entry into force of the Regulation No.03/2021 on Determining the Procedure for Receiving and Handling the Cases of Whistleblowing

On 14.05.2021 the Regulation No.03/2021 on Determining the Procedure for Receiving and Handling the Cases of Whistleblowing entered into force. The purpose of this Regulation is to define the rules and procedures for receiving and handling the cases of whistleblowing as well as the rights and responsibilities of the responsible officer.
