An aim of the Kosovo Property Agency is to ensure all eligible economic operators equal treatment. The Agency is guided by the fundamental principles of transparency, competition, non-discrimination and non-favouritism. These principles are applied throughout any procurement process.
Information to vendors
All procurement activities of KPA are published on this page www.kpaonline.org/procurement.asp, where you also may download tender dossiers. To facilitate the dissemination of this information, the Agency also publishes its procurement through the Public Procurement Agency web-site and in the two main Kosovo newspapers. Tender dossiers may also be collected at KPA HQ reception at:”Rexhep Luci/Goleska” Street No. 2, Pristina
To avoid misunderstandings, vendors may request additional or clarifying information by written mail only to KPA’s procurement team
procurement@kpaonline.org.
Vendors Guidance
To enable the vendor to bid for a specific procurement, a tender dossier is published, except for procurement below 1000 euros. In addition to general procurement information, the dossier describes the following:
- the object of the contract and state the technical specifications;
- guide the vendor to state in writing a fixed amount including VAT, taxes, fees etc. in addition to transportation, insurance, installation etc.; and
- specify the date and place for submission of the offers and the delivery schedule;
