APPROVAL OF THE PERFORMANCE PLAN FOR 2022

The meeting of the Committee on Legislation, Mandates, Immunities, Rules of Procedure of the Assembly and the Oversight of the Anti-Corruption Agency was held on January 19, 2022.In the meeting as the third item on the agenda was the review of the annual performance plan for the Agency for Comparison and Verification of Property for 2022. The meeting was attended by the Agency Albina Bajrami-Recica head of the Document Verification unit and Shkelzen Bajraktari Deputy. of the Head of the Information Unit. Albina Recica, Head of the Document Verification Unit, presented the annual performance plan for the Property Comparison and Verification Agency for 2022. In this plan, she said that the activities are foreseen, but also the challenges during their realization. As a challenge, she mentioned the return of cadastral documents, which were robbed by Serbia. Following the debate, this plan was approved by the Committee on Legislation Mandates, Immunities, Rules of Procedure of the Assembly and Oversight of the Anti-Corruption Agency.
